Booking Terms

Check-in/check-out

Check-in time: 3pm 

You will be received at the property, will be given a tour around and keys will be provided.

Check-out time: 10.00 am. 

Rental Payment

A 10% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days upon check in.

If the tenant terminates their stay before the agreed departure date, no refund will be applicable

Liability of the tenant

All furniture and all other contents within the property and throughout the swimming pool area are to be treated with care.

PPM will request a €300 damage deposit upon check-in at the property. This will be refunded in customer bank account after property inspection.

The Tenant should report any faults discovered on the property to the host immediately so that they can be corrected in good time.No outside guests are allowed at the property overnight.

Pets are only allowed at homes that are stated as pet friendly with prior approval.

Smoking is not allowed

The Tenant agrees to read and follow the instructions in the property Information Book and to follow the Health & Safety rules.

Cancellation Policy

If the tenant cancels more than 60 days prior to the rental commencement, the owner will refund 100% of the payment.

If the tenant cancels 30-60 days prior to the rental commencement, the owner will refund 50% of the payment.

If the tenant cancels less than 30 days prior to the rental commencement,no refund.

Special circumstances will be discussed.
